Can we stop by to see your animals?
Not quite — we’re a working farm and don’t allow casual pop-ins or traditional pay-to-pet visits. Instead, we offer more intentional, personalized experiences with our animals that provide meaningful interaction and a better sense of the farm.
What experiences do you offer to interact with the animals?
Our signature offering is Brunch with Alpacas — a cozy picnic-style brunch in the pasture with an hour of up-close time with our friendly herd. It includes fruit, biscuits, preserves, juice, and iced coffee. Reservations are required with at least 48 hours’ notice, and we accommodate dietary needs.
Do I have to stay overnight to book an alpaca experience?
Nope! You don’t have to stay in our Airbnb to join us for an experience. All are welcome — just book in advance.

Yes. We require at least 48 hours’ notice to ensure we can prep the pasture and food accordingly.

Are your experiences kid-friendly?
Yes! Our alpacas and llamas are gentle with little ones, and we offer kid pricing (ages 8 and under). We also have a high chair available upon request.
Do you have other animals?
Yes! We recently added chickens and honey bees. While there are no formal experiences with them yet, we’ll be offering farm-fresh eggs and honey in our shop soon.
What if it rains? Are your experiences weather dependent?
Yes — alpaca brunches and pasture visits are weather dependent. If poor weather is expected, you can choose to cancel for a full refund or reschedule (no refunds for reschedules).
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy:
*Change in Reservation* If a guest needs to increase the number of people in their party after booking, they may do so by purchasing additional passes for the added guests. If a guest needs to decrease the number of people in their party, that change must be made at least 72 hours prior to the reservation start time. Reductions made within 72 hours of the experience are not eligible for a refund. For any approved ticket cancellations or party size reductions, all service fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
*Canceled by Guest or No-show* When a guest does not show up for their reservation, they are not entitled to a refund. If a guest chooses to cancel their reservation, there are different penalties depending how far out the reservation is set for. - Cancellations more than 15 days in advance receive 100% of payment, less service fees. - Cancellations within 14 days or less receive 50% of payment. - Cancellations within 48 hours will not receive a refund. No shows will not receive a refund.
*Canceled by Host* If Durrant Farms cancels a reservation, the guest automatically receives a full refund.
