This yarn is harvested and spun from our very own Hotline, the oldest alpaca in our herd. Hotline has white, Suri fiber. His silky white fiber has been spun into this exquisite 2-ply yarn from our first spring fiber harvest. We harvest the herd’s fiber once a year in April before it get too hot, so our boys will stay cool throughout the spring and summer. After we shear them, we send it off to Gober Farms, a small batch North Carolina mill, to be washed and spun.
