Cancellation Policy For All Durrant Farms Experiences
Experiences Include: 60-minute Massages, 90-minute Massages, Alpaca Happy Hour and Brunch with the Alpacas
Change of Reservation
When a guest needs to decrease the number of people in a party for an experience they’ve already paid for, the guest will receive a refund for said people less service charges.
When a guest needs to increase the number of their party, they will need to purchase additional passes per the number of people in the group.
There are no additional fees for changing a reservation up to the time of the reservation.
Cancelled by Guest or No-show
When a guest does not show up for their reservation, they are not entitled to a refund. If a guest chooses to cancel their reservation, there are different policies depending how far out the reservation is set for.

Cancellations more than 15 days in advance receive 100% of payment, less service fees.

Cancellations within 14 days or less receive 50% of payment, less service fees.

Cancellations within 48 hours will not receive a refund. No shows will not receive a refund.
Cancelled by Host
If Durrant Farms cancels an Experience reservation, their guest automatically receives a full refund including service charges.
