This yarn is harvested and spun from our very own Scully, the baby of our herd. Scully has grey-mixed Huacaya fiber. His fluffy, mixed-grey fiber has been spun into this stunning 2-ply yarn from our first spring fiber harvest. We harvest the herd’s fiber once a year in April before it get too hot, so our boys will stay cool throughout the spring and summer. After we shear them, we send it off to Gober Farms, a small batch North Carolina mill, to be washed and spun.
